In the residential area of San Nicolas, a property named "Hofi Diamant" is being developed to create a Tiny House Green Community. "Hofi Diamant," meaning diamond garden, will offer residents self-sufficient tiny houses designed to withstand the Aruban climate.
These compact homes, ranging from 15m² to 44m², (161sq.ft – 473 sq.ft) are meticulously crafted to optimize space and natural light while incorporating renewable energy sources like electricity and biogas. Additionally, each dwelling will be connected to a waste-management system, facilitating the cultivation of home-grown produce in surrounding landscaped gardens. With a focus on environmentally conscious living, "Hofi Diamant" aims to foster a sense of community and promote healthy lifestyles through its commitment to sustainability and agriculture.

Because the eco living philosophy and the limited spots planned for this location we have a selection procedure in place. Candidates who want to live at one of our Green Communities will undergo this selection procedure to make sure that they match this concept of living.
