We have liaised extensively with local councils to ensure our designs meet and in many cases exceed building code requirements ensuring you are getting a structurally sound, watertight, climatized, energy efficient home that will last for many years. Built in features such as photovoltaic systems (solar) and rainwater harvesting not only reduce long-term running costs but ensure you are doing your bit for the environment. Our Eco Homes are suitable for cost effective timber and or concrete pile foundations, making them an ideal solution for sloping site.
Using shipping containers, and converting them into residential and business units made it possible to create a modular home concept.
